Continuing the subject of the different WAM session types,
the next one on the agenda is the Hosted Session.
The hosted session is when multiple participants are taking
part in WAM but one person stands out as the host. The host or what I like to call “The Wammer”
is in charge of the session and remains clean.
That’s right, this person doesn’t get messy! But don’t feel bad for them, the wammer still
get to have fun since they get to dish out the mess.
“The Wammie” as you could guess, is the person receiving all
of the mess from the host. Their job is
just to sit back and listen to the host.
A couple of key notes you should be aware of if you are
going to take part in a Hosted Session is that it is the responsibility of the
Wammer to know what the wammie likes and dislikes. Being a good host means you take the time to
ask the right questions to determine where the boundaries are before taking the
plunge. There’s nothing worse than
stepping over the line if you didn’t know it was there. Plus, you want to make this an enjoyable experience,
so pay attention.
Also, keep in mind that even though the wammer is not
planning on getting messy, there sometimes is splash back.
Another key point in a hosted session is that the
relationship that is played out between the wammer and wammie doesn’t have to
be a Sub/Dom situation. A lot of times,
since the host is in charge it is assumed that this person must be dominate. But that is not always the case. the host can easily fall into the role of a
servant or simply not taking on any role at all. Just be sure to work out those details before
you start your session.
